Can I return my purchase?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons.

Something is wrong with my order

We're so sorry that there is something wrong with your purchase and we want to make it right! Please use our "Contact" tab to reach out to us so we can address any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order.

What kind of hardware do you use?

We use stainless surgical steel on our posts and everything we use is also nickel free!

How does local pickup work?

We're located in Springdale, Ar and you must be able to pick up your purchases at our address! Please make sure you bring your ID and invoice number when picking up your order.During the checkout process when you are selecting your shipping option you can pick "local pickup". You will then receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up!

Choking Hazard

Our products contain small parts that can become chocking hazards to anyone of any age. Please keep them out of the reach of children or anyone who could potentially put our earrings/pieces in their mouth.

Cancellations

I don't accept cancellations due to the nature of our made to order earrings but please contact me (via our Contact tab) if you have any problems with your order.

Variations

Please mind the handmade nature of all our products, slight variations may occur compared to the photos.

Yes! We only offer wholesale prices to businesses! Please use our "contact us" tab to reach out to us about our wholesale pricing and further requirements! We cant wait to work with you!
